If your 6 - 10 year old son is school in the Manalapan-area and would like to join Cub Scout Pack 157, please come to any of the pack outings listed below, or Contact Us today via email. Cub Scouting means "doing." Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things. Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting—citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness. Many of the activities happen right in the den and pack. The most important are the weekly den meetings and the monthly pack meetings. Apart from the fun and excitement of Cub Scout activities, the Cub Scout Promise, the Law of the Pack, and the Cub Scout sign, handshake, motto, and salute all teach good citizenship and contribute to a boy's sense of belonging. |
Upcoming Pack Events
| Popcorn Kickoff - 9/17/10 |
Our first pack meeting will be our Popcorn Kickoff for 2010. We raised the bar last year, and we will be looking to do it again this year. This will be a short(ish) meeting, but full uniforms are required for scouts. Hope you all had a great summer! Looking forward to seeing all the scouts and their families.
